I get to bench press today! Well floor presses with a fat bar. Close enough.
With my tore labrum and beat up shoulder, today I used a fatbar and close grip on all sets to keep pressure off my shoulders as much as possible. Even though I am injured I still must train bench-press until I do this last meet of the year and get my scheduled surgery for this made for next year sometime.
So far so good today....
