After getting looked at by some experts instead of mindlessly going for weeks and just wondering whats wrong with me I found out what is exactly is wrong with me. I have two compression fractures in my upper back and my lower vertebrae. It looks like there is nothing I can actually do about it except give this time to heal. My time frame is 8-12 weeks.
Since squatting and dead lifting seem to be to be off the table right now looks like I will totally focus on my bench press and become a wanna be body builder for a few weeks. This will also give me time to really lock in on my coaching and get my lifters prepared for a few meets we have coming up later this year.
We have taken in a few new lifters which all happen to be women and I am very exited about that. Women lifters are a lot easier to coach, they are always dependable, always on time, listen to everything that you say, and the best part they don't have egos. We now have 9 active women lifters at Team Nebobarbell. Its always exciting adding new members and increasing your numbers.
Today consisted of just rehab, lots of stretching, allot of banded stretching and allot of coaching.
