Sadly, I couldn't keep the bar from rolling on me today and it left me in a less than optimal position to squat which did not make me happy. I hope to have it fixed next week before I shut it down for the meet. I know it's due to me not keeping my back tight enough nor am I squeezing the bar hard enough.
