With my knee really bothering me I felt it best not to bench today. As hard as I drive my legs when I bench I did not want to irritate my knee even worse. I went ahead and done all of the supplemental training I was suppose to do plus hand off and coach my girls while they benched today.

My girls are looking awesome right now on the bench-press. I think the "switch" is finally going off in their heads on what we have been covering. The proof is in the pudding right now and some big PR bench-presses are waiting for them in 8 weeks!
