More than likely against better judgment I pulled today. My knee was killing me the entire time but at this point in my life what does not hurt? 25 years of training, competing, injuries, surgeries and my age are not helping things. But....this is what I love. Its my need and desire to train. In pain, sick, bad day....does not matter. Most will never understand but I really don't care. I don't understand being a pussy, being lazy, not being committed to something, being an excuse maker and just being an overall hating ass non accomplish goal setting slug....there I said it....

Surgery is for certain I feel. I have an MRI set in two days and we shall get bead on this knee....
