This was suppose to be an easy day. Yeah I been complaining a lot. Imagine that. My dang hands feel like they have been beat with barbwire!
I will say this beside me pulling more reps and sets in the past month than I have in say a year, I do feel as though my pulls are getting better and faster. I am not jumping up and down quite yet its only a month but for me its a big deal. I'm still hanging in there....
