Deadlifting for me is like eating burnt cereal. I fucking hate it. It hates me too but we are coming to a some sort of deal as of late. I have promised not to give up and continue to get better and "It" has promised to keep sucking but make me better....
So here we are. I am pushing through my hate and disdain for this lift and doing my best to get where I want. My bucket list of lifts still has a 700 pound pull at a meet to do on my list that is unchecked. I will check this motherfucker off of my list one day....
