I have been actually looking forward to todays squat session. We used minis for heavy singles and doubles 2 weeks ago. This time we will use average bands for a heavy sets of 4. I am slowly every couple of weeks ramping up my squat capacity to test my knee, work on form, get my CNS up to par and plus see where I am.
Today everything felt good and strong. Im still using training wheels but before long I will be doing wheelies....
