Today was a repeat of a couple of days ago, allot of recovery and allot of stretching. This will be the norm for the next several weeks. The difference with today is I added in some arm work.

My triceps have always been my bread and butter to my bench press, so now I will focus on them more than ever since I have the time and due to me being limited on doing other things. I'm looking to do a meet sometime later this year which will probably be another bench only meet. Over the last 12 months I have competed 3 different times 3 different ways. I did a multi ply full power meet in which I was able to squat 900 lbs, I did a raw full power meet at super heavy weight which gave me another open elite total ( I now have 5), and then I did a multi ply bench only meet at super heavy weight where I benched 735 lbs, This now make this the 4th weight class that I have bench 700 pounds or more pounds in (242, 275, 308, SHW).

On a side note our entire septic system, drain fields, our main septic drain line and all of the old drain lines under the house have been replaced. Duke Energy did not blink an eye and knew that their driver was at fault and paid for all the expenses. Now my dads 85 year old house is 100% completely 21st century now.

This was a tough couple of weeks without a septic system. This defiantly ended up being a blessing in disguise. With all the rain we have had recently it took the plumbers longer to do the job that normal due to the wet conditions. The plumber told us that he agreed that this was a blessing in disguise due to the fact that the septic system was as old as it was and in very bad shape. So thank you Mr Duke Energy truck driver for destroying our septic system and your employer providing us with a new one, thank you for your mistake LOL.
