Last week of tuggin then its deload time! My body needs the next week to just rehab and recharge the old batteries. Today was not too bad. Fairly easy. This is our first week migrating down to 2" blocks. For me this takes some adjusting because my fatass is not as flexible as I would like so a 2" drop in box height is a mile for me!

We had a young local photographer - Sydney Pike, come to the gym today and take 100's of pics of our Team training today. Sydney is a senior this year at the high school, a stud varsity baseball player and a very good photographer. I want to thank him for stopping in and taking a few snap shots of us. I posted a few of me taken....
