Well I am just now getting back online with my computer. Our WiFi has been out for right at 10 days now. Finally we are back online! I have not been able to keep my log up or many other things I need to do computer wise. Cell phones will only allow you to do so much.

I have been on staycation for the past 12 days and I have loved every minute of it. We have gotten tons of work done down at my Dads house, enjoyed watching my daughter play in basketball tournaments this week, spend time with loved ones, train and just be lazy when the time allowed.

With the new year now here I am looking forward to alot of things non lifting and lifting going on this year. My daughter will graduate this year, move out and head of to college. This will be a tough time for me. Most of you that have followed me through the years understands the closeness I have with my little girl and how important she is to me. Katelyn leaving for college is going to take some major adjusting for me. Im not sure if I will adjust to it!

We are now preparing for our meet we are doing in February where I plan myself to do my first and last raw full power meet in almost 10 years. I want to squat 800 pounds raw and check that off my to do list. I am training geared and raw during this training cycle as I always do so my training preparation is no different due to me doing a raw meet. I just need to stay put together and injury free so I can have a good shot at this personal goal of mine.
