I have put back the weight I had lost after my meet, my father passing and going to Ohio for The Pro/Am. Back at a solid 305 pounds. I have about eaten us out of house and home but I am back where I feel best at. I will be taking a stab at some heavy squats this week. Hopefully the rtehabbing today will have me ready....
