After several days of fun in the sun, drinking fruity rum drinks and watching Lil mama run around in a thong bikini for 5 days, the thought of coming back to reality sure does suck. Unfortunately vacations do not last forever. We were not able to train Friday, Sunday or Monday so we will be doing make up work throughout the week.

For myself my body needed the break as well as my mind. I did allot of recovery work, ate a couple of anabolic McChickens and walked around like Redneck Tim does with my pretend lat syndrome LOL. In all seriousness today was a blood flow stretching - get back in the swing of things type day. Shit for gets real again for me on Friday I will be squatting.
