Practice practice and more practice, this is what my "off" weeks consist of. Two weeks ago on my off week I trained in just briefs. This week I went with briefs and my squat suit with straps down. Again hammering my technique, especially my pick up.

I worked up to 900 lbs tonight with reverse Elite FTS light bands, everything felt smooth, the bar speed felt fast and my technique Felt solid. My confidence is starting to come back and my back held up pretty good today. Not as sore as last time but a dull pain none the less.

I"m still testing the waters each and every week that I climb under the squat bar. You can train smart and safe all you want to but you still have to push the limits to see what your body can handle, so far so good.
