My plan this training cycle is to try and keep my wounded knees as fresh as possible. My plan is to Squat one week and pound accessories the next. I don't want to over do it with my raw squats because my knees just cant take the volume anymore. My left knee should have had surgery April of 2017 but no....I'm stupid and trying to fight father time the best I can. So here I am limping, hurting and pushing forward anyway. Damn us powerlifters are idiots....

I'm staying away from a lot of pushing movements on leg day today (leg press, squats of any kind). So far so good....
