After last week I wanted to test my knee and my stupidity a little. I did some purposely high squats. I hate squatting to a box. I know where depth is and I know where sky high is. These where right in the middle of that! I just wanted to get a feel for some decent weight on my back and see how it went.
I was not too disappointed with today. My pick up was a little shaky but expected. I now have a feel for where I am and what I need to do. As long as I can hold my knee together I should be good. Its time to start training for 950....
