I have really gotten behind on my training logs. Back to back meets, working double shifts for the past 3 weeks, being sick as a dog, Holidays and many other excuses....
My training has been getting done though. Our off season training is tough and brutal. This is when the real work is put in for meet training prep. On another note I have now lost 17 pounds. I feel much better and can breathe much better lol.
We start our meet training in just a couple more weeks. We will be doing a meet in Feb 2018. Then we will be holding our meet in May of 2018! Here is the flyer:
