I wasn't happy with my performance today. The bar moved too slow and I cut them too. I felt out of sorts and need to do a better job with my pre-workout food intake. The next three days will be R&R to try and help.

Thank you to all of my teammates that took the time to come in and help me out today or extended their time in the gym to help. Seriously one of the greatest groups of people I've had the pleasure of being associated with. I couldn't do it without you all. Greg, Max, Richie, Brian, Kayle, Travis and Jeff....I appreciate you all.
