Today I decided to be a wannabe body builder like redneck Tim and eat 2 McChickens after I trained because he says they are anabolic lol. Tim is definitely my redneck brother but he don't know shit about body building but to hear him talk he has a pro card and has never competed in his life.

I only did a few things that didn't bother my back. I worked the living shit out of my triceps. As I said before its time to work these horse shoes and force some shit to grow. Here's what I did for the day:
