Monday is dead lift day at Team Nebobarbell and I am super excited to watch my lifters pull today, my girls especially. Dead list is the day that I get to see the competitive edge of my girl lifters. Its seems as though they feed off each other lift and lift after lift and that is fun to watch as a coach.

Our 4 new girls are still making their way in figuring out their technique and form. Each of these girls are learning very quickly and making gains week after week. We have already decided that all 4 of them will be competing in September at the IPA World Championship. We should be bringing about 15 lifters to compete that weekend. One of our largest group for one meet.

My back seems to be getting better day by day but not not good enough to climb back under a bar yet for squat. I will wait to the end of this training cycle and use a safety squat bar and see how it feels. Again all I am doing is accessory work and rehab work. Hopefully all of this will pay off.
