6/28 - Heavy Squats

Squat (belt/sleeves)
595 x 3
620 x 3
645 x 3 - assuming this is a rep PR, given the fact that I can't remember a time where I did reps with over 585 in sleeves prior to committing to competing without wraps. These felt awesome!

Reverse Band Squat (choked EliteFTS average bands from the top of the monolift)
700 for 3 sets of 2. Nice to feel some heavy weight on my back again.

Reverse Band Deadlifts (Texas Power Bar)
Worked up to 545 lbs for 6 sets of 1, 60 seconds timed rest periods

High Bar Close Stance Pause Squats (Duffalo Bar)
Worked up to 507 for 4 sets of 3. Groin was really tight at this point and pausing was a little painful. Didn't get too crazy with the length of the pauses and did what I could. Will get some ART done on my groin later this weekend.

Had to jet out the door to work. Very pleased with how this session went and how well the 645 triple moved on squat.
