Today was going to be a grinder. Another 100 rep day. That's would be 100 raw squat reps....
I was looking forward to the challenge and even decided to pause most of them. Great idea at first, bad idea when we were done and I could not walk.
Right now during this off season I am fully focused on my week areas. I am pushing myself like never before. My legs are coming back and my knee is doing well thus far. Being 41 years old I have taken my time and not rushed things as I would have liked to but as the rumor has it: "Its a marathon, not a sprint!"
The next two days I could not hardly walk. I had to use handicap toilets where available and I could hardly wipe my ass....here we go....
