Today was a fun day at the gym. I was able to do some things I have not in a long time and do them with no pain.

As I have explained before Wednesday's are for cardio/weak area stuff/BB/extra core and so on. These days are always my favorite.

I was really looking forward to getting after it on the seated OHP with the fat bar which I did for 7 reps. Not a PR but not bad with a torn Labrum and not training this lift.

The box jumps went awesome as well. This is the highest I have jumped and the most reps I have done sicne before my surgery.
