Redneck Tim looked at me today and said:
Tim - "Hey Joe, you wanna train with me today"
Me: "Sure brother what are you doing today"
Tim: "Triceps and shoulders"
Me - "I said good deal lets get it"
An hour an a half later redneck Tim was tapping out on me. Tim doesn't train as a power lifter any more. I'm not sure what he does but he swears by it and the You tube videos he watches as he trains and the anabolic McChickens he eats afterwards he claims that they pushe his growth levels.
All jokes aside I still enjoy getting training sessions in with Tim every once in a while. We push each other talk a little trash and get a little pump in. Tim has been a loyal friend and brother to me for 15 years now and I couldn't imagine him not being at the gym with us. I always enjoy his cander and his beliefs in what he must have seen on google the night before. Tim has a redneck google PHD. If he reads it on the internet then it must be true lol. I just hope to be able to put him back in multiply one more time before we get too much older so he can get that elusive elite total.
One a side note it has finally quit raining here in North Carolina. It seems like it has been raining for a month straight now. Its nice to see the sun again. Whats not nice to see is our three foot high grass in the yard. I guess I better get started on that soon too. Here's what me and redneck Tim did today. I was a pretend bodybuilder for almost two hours today so don't judge me....
