So my rehab continues....

I figured today I would work on my upper body and put a little extra work in. Since my shoulders are broke and suck I decided to work the shit out of my back and triceps. Since raw competition is completely out of my future now, the only thing I am concerned about is my lockout power in my bench shirt.

I'm counting down the days before I get to marry my best friend and that time is coming up quick. There are still several things that have to be done. We have to check out the wedding venue one more time, put together a ton of decorations here at the house, we have the rehearsal coming up as well and we are going to get with our camera woman about our group pictures, individual pictures and random pictures that will be taken.

Our head count for the wedding is somewhere around 120 people and we have about 6 different states of individuals coming from all over. We will be helping them with places to stay, sites to see all around the area and showing them our beautiful mountains/views in our area of North Carolina.
