I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. Next up is an off-season and picking a meet. 


1. Close Grip Incline - 255 x 5 x 5

2. Machine Chest Press - 130 x 4 x 12

3. Machine Incline - 140 x 3 x 8

4. 1/4 Dips - 4 x 12

5. Rope Pressdowns - 35 x 4 x 25

This session took way longer than it should have. Energy just wasn't there, I assume a little travel hangover and was dragging.
