Well,....Im wrecked. I mean it lol.

Today I figured I would listen to my body and not squat today. I really feel if I did squat and try and "push through it" I would have done nothing but set myself back. That's no expectable at this point. Some may disagree and been like, "Be a man!, Push Through it! Suck it up!", Whatever....I'm doing me and I am listening to my body. Unlike my younger self who would have tried to have done that, I'm not him anymore. So I will take it easy today and enjoy my deload week, get rested up and crank it back up after my rest week....
