"LEARN TO TRAIN X" IS BACK!

So far the past few weeks I have been able to put back on some weight, I am hovering around 300 lbs now. My nutritionist/fiance/my whole F'ing world takes great care of me with my nutrition and food intake. I'm also working hard on focusing on high volume accessory movements to keep my muscle growth on the upward.

Today I was just primarily focused on quad and ham string growth. I continue to do all of my rehab and stretching and body buffering to help in my recovery. As far as coaching my team I'm 100 % involved in every movement that they do in the gym. We have 15 plus lifters that will be lifting on the IPA Worlds in September and everyone looks like they are on top of their game right now. On a side note our new girls are doing excellent.
