This will be the last time I post a training log here as a single man. In my next post I will be a happily married man to the woman of my dreams!

15 weeks ago we made together one of the best decisions that we have ever made in our lives. Now in just two short days our "Someday" will become a reality. It just seems like in a blink of an eye I ran into Melissa at Walmart several years ago and fell in love with the girl I had the hots for 25 years ago in Jr High and High school and now here we are getting ready to walk down the isle to say I do for the last time and spend forever with each other.

Not everyone can truly say they get to marry their best friend but we both can say this with pride, excitement and honestly knowing that its the truth. In all these years together we have never had a fight, we have never had an argument, we never get mad at each other and why should we, we love each other though and through and there is no person that we would ever want to be with but each other. I will stop right here and save the rest of the mushy stuff for my next post lol.

Back to the training that I did tonight...

My back is slowly starting to feel better and my confidence in picking up bigger weight is growing. I am still not at a 100% but I feel as I am getting better each and every day. I am slowly making my progressions week by week and I can tell the extra work I am putting in is helping. My aim is to stay healthy, train smart and keep my eye on the prize. The decisions and steps I take now are paramount in what happens in my powerlifting career in the upcoming months.
