The rep PRs continue to fall over the past week and despite feeling pretty run down mentally, training has been moving in a great direction. I look forward to competing again here soon (hopefully sometime in the winter/early spring and taking a shot at 198 again.

After this final week of training I'll be writing a recap article about this 6-week experience and including some research on transcranial direct stimulation; as well as my thoughts on how I organized training and what worked/what didn't.

Day 1 - Deadlift Focus / Secondary Squats / Upper Body Accessories

A. Deadlifts:  Triples w. bands up to 435x3; then 485x6 no bands (rep increase from previous wave).

*Felt sick and shut it down there after the rep PR.

Day 2 - Squat Focus / Full Body Accessories

A. Squats: Triples w. Bands up to 385x3; then 425x7 no bands (rep increase).

B. Bent Over Barbell Rows: 4x8

C. Overhead Tricep Extensions: 4x12

D. Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 4x8

Day 3 - Bench Focus / Full Body Accessories

A. Seated Machine Rows: 4x10 (last set drop set)

B. Bench Press Top Set: Triples w. Bands up to 235x3; then 265x8 no bands (rep increase).

C. YT Shoulder Raises: 4x12 each direction

D. Tricep Pushdowns: 3x25

E. Bicep Curls: 3x10
