I can not emphasize enough how much I needed this deload week. My body is wrecked....
Not just from training but from being sick for what seems like months Lol.
This week for me was honestly more rest and no gym than anything. After work 2 of the 4 training days I just went home and slept for 12 hours each day. Unlike when I was young, when my body talked, I ignored it and tried to be tough. That is not the case now. I listen.
I know when we start back next week we will be balls to the wall and I will be rested and ready....
