Deload weeks are supposed to be a week of relaxing, rehabbing, refocusing, resting and for me just plain enjoying time off, but this deload week was none of that.

My wife Melissa has Crohn's disease and has been very sick since around March of this year. He flare ups come out of nowhere and really at times for no reason. But over the last several months this is the worst that I have seen her with these flare ups she has been having. Melissa has been to several doctors, several trips to the ER and taken a few of the most high powered antibiotics that the body can take to boot, but nothing seems to be fixing her problem.

So this week she is scheduled to have a fecal transplant done and we are keeping our fingers crossed that it will work. So with this procedure she will need rest and be out of work, so I will just be staying with her and taking care of her.

On a side note, I have started a side business that so far has really taken off. I am the office manager at a body shop here where I live and have been for a couple of years. I decided to add to to our array of things that we offer at our body shop and that new thing is doing full details on cars, trucks, SUVs, really anything. I have been actually very surprised and happy about how well it has taken off. People that know me and know my OCD, know this about me, if I am going to do something I am going to do it right.

On a second side note, my team has eleven people that will be competing in October at the Flex Lewis Classic in Tennessee. This is also the IPA World Championships. So not only am I training a crew of teammates that will be competing, as you can tell I am also training myself to do this meet.

If your taking time to read this log entry of mine and keep up with what we do, I ask each of you a favor that are reading this. Keep my wife Melissa in your prayers, hopefully we can get this thing figured out and get her healthy again. Thanks for reading my log, thanks for your support and thank you for keeping my beautiful wife in your prayers.
