"LEARN TO TRAIN X" IS BACK!

I slowly feel that my back is healing up, the rehab that we are doing seems to work and me being sorta smart is helping too if you can believe that. And let me emphasis sorta smart. My drive to be in the gym is probably more at 44 than it was at 24 I just miss the recovery.

As I have said before my team is preparing for the IPA Worlds in Gatlinburg TN in September this year. We will have around 15 plus lifters competing on both amatuer and pro day. They all seem to be on point on hitting their projections and they are working very hard to achieve their goals. I cant wait to see these new goals, new prs, and open elite totals achieved. Its literally Christmas day for a coach.

We seem to be settled finally in our new house. My dad would be very very proud of what we have done and achieved the past couple of years. Most of the major projects inside have been completed along with most of the small projects as well. We are now moving our focus to the outside, the decks, the driveway, carports, the land, and landscaping will all be tackled now. Its been at least 11 years since I have mowed grass continuously and weedeated and I hate it as much now as I did then. But now that we are not in a private housing community I have to take care of my own lawn again. In some weird way I miss HOA fees lol.

We have combined the boys and the girls right now so we have large groups pulling on Mondays and even larger groups squatting on Fridays. When this training cycle ends I will be splitting the groups up again since we have taken on new team members. Tonight my team pulled and each of them are looking great. I coached, yelled and focused on technique in between my accessory lifts. Here's what I did tonight:
