I was very excited about today. I get to squat some real weight. Real weight in the 85% - 100% projected range as a matter of fact! So far with a heavy week followed by a light week is really helping me. I have really focused on strengthen my weak area around my knee even more so sense I can do more things then before. My hamstrings are my main focus then my quads then knee mobility. Being smarter is always better than being dumber. Today went great. Everything felt easy and moved with speed. Moving forward again feels good....
