Before you go all internet guru judge on me....I was high. I don't give a damn that I was high. I don't compete raw anymore. It was a training video. It was the most weight I handled since my knee surgery and turning 41. Again I know it was high so get over it....

Now that I got that out of the way, I was pretty stoked today. I hit 690 pound squat with ease and no pain. It felt good to test the waters and see I could swim. I have and will always believe you must have some raw power first to have carry over into gear power. Through my pl career I have done pretty well raw and it has defiantly helped my multiply lifting.

I was a little nervous today I will not lie. Its the pick up that scares me not the decent. The pick up is how I got injured in the first place. I felt I handled myself well and it defiantly was a confidence booster for sure.

I wore a belt and knee wraps so maybe its not raw. Lol!
