Raw squat has been feeling good as of late and my back seems to be getting better too. I need to put in some volume this week so I did. I realized quick how bad out of shape I was too! I hate doing reps. I mean loath....
I really want to do a raw full power meet again one day just to knock one more bucket list lift off but I am still needing to get my shoulder looked at and continue to evaluate my pec. Its always something aint it?....
