Putting in extra work on my Triceps, Back and Shoulders is really paying off. I can see (I hate to admit this but I measured my arms, back) the size difference. I know in the long haul this will help me holding heavier weights and look even more delicious doing so! Lol.
I came across another way to do triceps Press downs too! I will also be starting back my exercise of the day videos. I enjoy doing these. I will post that video in the next day or two.
