I am still working on my sumo and I am still working on my left hand going back to its natural position of being the "under" grip. So far so good. I did some sumo pulls with briefs off our new 4" blocks we have and off our new deadlift platform. Shame I hate pulling so much I might have enjoyed the newness even more....

My hands were tearing apart after these 50 reps but I felt as though I was really getting my form dialed in. Building on this week after week will help build the muscle memory, power and hopefully the weight I am looking for down the road....
