Bad back and all I decided to stay the course of what my off season training plans required of me. Raw heavy reverse band squats were calling my name....

Each of these felt good and before the depth Nazi's jump around like wild monkeys yes I jumped my up call and my last squat was cut high. It will be ok tho. Even as screwed up as my body feels right now, my raw squat feels strong. Well 43 year old gear whore strong anyways.

An 800 pound raw squat in competition is still my goal one day. I will train for it till I get it....
