I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. Next up is an off-season and picking a meet.

1. Squat - BUFFALO BAR™ - 6 chains + 425 straight weight was the top set of 5. I love using the BUFFALO BAR™. The camber is just enough to not stress my elbows but close enough to still feel like a straight bar.

2. Deadlift - off of 1 block - 515 was the top working triple.

3. Suspended Squats - 315 x 3 x 4

4. Sissy Squats - 3 x 15 with 25 pounds. I wanted a quad movement and couldn't figure out how to rig up a decent extension. This worked as a great substitute. Anchored a strong band to my rack and used that behind my knees. Objective here was to keep the shin totally vertical and squat narrow to put the focus on the quads.

5. Ab wheel roll out - 5 x 10
