Yep Deload....
My butt is old, beat up, falling apart and in much need of rest/recovery/rehab this week. Through out the week I did a ton of stretching, foam rolling, blood pumping movements, Body Buffering, elitefts mobility ball, elitefts band flossing, big stick rub downs, trigger wheel and extra sleep.
Wednesday our usual cardio day I did some stadiums with my Team. I did only 2 and walked them. My knee is doing well with the extra stadiums we are doing.
I plan to ramp it back up next week and test some areas....
