Today went as planned. I took several sets with my heavier bands to overload my top end then took my 95%ish attempt with just a mini band to a 1board on my last set with good success and speed. My shoulders are holding up pretty good thus far. I am totally focused right now on this meet and my plan. A little Rick Flair always get me going too!....
