Now that the honeymoon and wedding is over, its back to training again. Melissa and I both took the week off to enjoy time with each other as newlyweds. Back to the bench and back to finding my groove again. My shoulders are never going to get better unless I have surgery and I definitely don't want to endure another surgery so as I have been doing quite sometime now I'm working around things the best I can so I can mark something else off on my bucket list.

I'm really taking my time this training cycle and not trying to do too much on the bench. Don't get me wrong I'm still putting the work in but I'm taking my time in what I'm doing to not take any steps backwards at this point. I normally take my projection weight to a one board every two weeks but this week I just decided to stick with a two board and keep building confidence. Its not exactly how I want to do things but this is the way they have to be done to keep me healthy.

Before I post what I did tonight, I want to thank everyone again that was involved in helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Each of you were vitally important in each task that you done in making that day what it was for us and I will always remember that.
