I am still actively rehabbing my pec and so far so good. Today consisted of very light raw bench-press using a 2board to keep pressure off my pec/shoulder area.

Besides using the sinister deload as a part of regimen I also use body tempering and body buffering for helping my rehab and recovery. Using all three of these forms of recovery has really helped me. As always you wish you would have been doing this recovery stuff years ago. Better late than never....
