Fu$%ing progress! Only 100 pounds away from my best raw meet bench press! Lol!
Seriously I was very happy with this. Touch and go, yes. 1board, yes. Progress, you damn skippy! Im not sure if I will ever be able to bench 500 hundo again but I am going to try. Attacking my raw bench very slow and smart has helped me with the nagging injuries I have and have had. The big thing I take form this is the carry over in my bench shirt. I know if I can bench 450 raw again then 750ish in my shirt is realistic. Anything over that raw and I close back in on a 800 shirted bench-press again. We will see....
