The amount of pain I was in during this was a 9 out of 10.  It carried over into Monday where it was difficult to walk at times and had me reaching out on input as to what I should do. The consensus was that I should scrap training for this meet and focus on getting "healthy" and finding out what's going on with my lower back/SI joint. So with that being said I've dropped out of this meet.
