Time for a deload. My left hip is killing me along with my elbows and shoulders and I'm in desperate need of some massage therapy. I'll be skipping deadlifts this week to give it a little break too. I guess it wasn't too bad considering it was the first week of straps up, but i need to be more diligent about getting to, or close, to depth.
