My deadlift has been doing well this training cycle. I feel that my form is improving week after week. Deadlifting is starting to grow on me. Its been a real challenge for me to convert. Literally had to take 4,5,6 steps back on this lift and scrap everything and start from the beginning and start all over. By doing this I can tell things are improving. Plus my work ethic on this lift has improved and that has help as much as anything I'm sure.

We have a ton of really good dealifters at Team Nebobarbell. We have for years. Funny, I can Coach this lift well. Really well but I hated it for years and loathed doing it for myself. Now that I am practicing what I have preached on the deadlift for almost 20 years, guess what....it works lol.
