I trained on base today and it was a much better day than the one before. The only issue I had was the hexagonal plates giving me fits when I was pulling. I had to resort to singles since the plates made the bar change positions every rep. I also stopped at 495 due to my back not being happy after benching on the Hammer Strength Fisher Price bench the day before.
