Today's goal was to focus on staying more upright, keeping the bar close to me and getting my hips down some. It's going to be easier said than done since my hips are nothing close to mobile. Schwab showed me some things he's been doing to help mobility so I'll be working on it as much as I can. Matt Ladewski, Chris Della Fave and Marshall have been helping pick apart my "technique" to try and fix it as much as can be expected before my meet in September. I've even contemplated switching to conventional.

Next week is a deload and then I put the suit on.
